Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions;

  1. Voucher Use: Gift vouchers can be redeemed by using the unique code provided at checkout on the online booking page.
  2. Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
  3. Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Partial Use: If the voucher’s value exceeds the booking cost, the remaining balance will stay valid for future use within the original expiry period.
  5. Transferability: Vouchers are transferable but must be used by the holder of the unique code.
