NEWGALE SOUTH & DALE SEAFRONT

SAUNA LOCATION

NEWGALE SOUTH & DALE SEAFRONT

We’re delighted to be offering our immersive sauna experience at two of Pembrokeshire’s most iconic coastal locations throughout the summer —

NEWGALE SOUTH

Our handcrafted 10-seat Heartwood Sauna is nestled back against the cliffs at the southern end of Newgale Beach, offering a sheltered setting with uninterrupted views across St Brides Bay. From the panoramic window, you’ll look out towards Skomer Island across to Ramsey Island and the dramatic sweep of Pembrokeshire’s coastline as the tides and light transform the landscape throughout the day.

*Please note: Pembrokeshire County Council has recently closed the public toilets at the southern end of the beach. The nearest public toilets are now located at the northern end of Newgale, so we recommend planning accordingly before your session.

DALE SEAFRONT

Situated in the south-west of Pembrokeshire, our original 6 seat Scandinavian Sauna offers a tranquil retreat with sweeping coastal views across the calm waters of Dale.

The facilities in the village are modern and impeccably maintained, creating the perfect environment to relax and recharge. Within a short stroll, you’ll find public toilets, inviting cafes, and excellent local restaurants, allowing you to enjoy both the comfort of our sauna and the charm of this picturesque coastal village.

LOCATION

DIRECTIONS

Newgale South;
You'll find us at the southern end of Newgale Beach, just off the A487 between Haverfordwest and St Davids. Follow signs for Newgale South/Pebbles Café and use the main pay-and-display car park at the southern end of the beach. From the car park, it's just a short walk across to the sauna on the beachfront. Please allow a few extra minutes for parking.

Dale Seafront;
From Haverfordwest, follow the B4327 all the way to Dale. As you enter the village, follow the one-way system and you'll see the main seafront pay-and-display car park directly ahead. Park there, then it's just a short stroll along the waterfront to the sauna. During the summer months, we recommend arriving a little early as the car park can fill up quickly.
