Begin with 45 minutes of guided yoga at The Mariners with one of our in-house yoga teachers. Then immerse yourself in an hour of hot and cold therapy, shifting between the soothing sauna heat and refreshingly cold plunge tanks at Newgale, or sea at Nolton Haven.

This is a restorative ritual to leave you refreshed, centred, and ready for the week ahead.

The Wolf Moon rises deep in winter – a time of stillness, instinct, and quiet strength. This first full moon of the year invites us to turn inward, gather together, and set gentle intentions rooted in resilience rather than rush.

This two-hour evening experience unfolds as a grounding ritual beneath the winter sky. We begin in the warmth of the sauna, allowing heat to soften the body and calm the nervous system. Aromatherapy oils support deep breathing and presence, carried gently through the steam.

Moving between warmth and cool air, you’ll be guided into a slow, restorative meditation inspired by the Wolf Moon – honouring inner voice, intuition, and the strength found in rest.

As darkness falls, we step outside to pause beneath the open sky, taking a quiet moment for breath, reflection, and stargazing. The evening closes with deep rest, allowing warmth, breath, and intention to settle.
