Our new location sits right on the seafront at The Parrog, beside the slipway and just a few steps from the shoreline — with easy access for a dip in the calm, sheltered waters tucked in by the long breakwater wall.
The site offers easy, free parking, public toilets nearby, and panoramic views across Fishguard Bay. With stunning coastal walks right from the door and Ocean Lab Café just along the front for a post-sauna coffee, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind, move slowly, and reconnect with the elements.

LOCATION

Everything you need for a smooth and grounding sauna experience is right here by the sea. There’s free parking beside the seafront and public toilets just a short walk away. Ocean Lab Café is close by for coffee, breakfast or lunch after your session. From the sauna door, you can step straight down to the beach for a sea dip in the sheltered waters south of the breakwater wall, or take a moment to wander the coastal path walks that begin right from the car park.

DIRECTIONS

From Fishguard, follow signs for Goodwick and continue down the hill on the A40. At the mini roundabout by Ocean Lab Café and the ferry terminal, take the first exit onto The Parrog / Goodwick Seafront.
Follow the road along the waterfront — the Parrog Car Park is signposted, directly beside the slipway and overlooking the bay.

There’s free parking at this time of year, and Wildwater Sauna is located right next to the seafront, just a short walk from the car park and Ocean Lab Café.
